I was so excited and ready for the day. Straight to the study room and was thinking 'wow it's so peaceful today. Bet I can do much' before I heard some rustling sounds from my garden. Definitely animal. Probably a lizard. But how big of a lizard can be if it's that loud? Must be pretty big. 15 mins after when I made my coffee, turns out it's not a lizard. And it's Sunday, not Monday.

### Built

I managed to backup RPS files, made the ticker hero on this website. I built three star alien museum in my game.

### Dared

This website! Yes, where professional colleagues can see how unprofessional I am. And those who know me as Folie, see how boring I am in work. But I made this fucking website, which is an achievement for me. I'm not even using LLM and I don't care if there are typo everywhere. I FEEL GOOD.

### Avoided

I did not work as much as I planned. There's this one friend told me `"you gotta have at least one day resting"` okay okay I'm resting. Instead, I do my backyard. Then play two point museum. I hate the underwater section. It's the last section that I need to complete but okay, today I was pretty chill.

### Learned

That holding myself back for whatever reason, is not a good thing. If it's not good now, it will be later. I guess that's why I make it `unapologetic conditioning`, because I know the price of not being myself. Still in process though, and I think it's a moving goalpost in a positive way.

### Stupid

I overeat today. Probably stress eating.
