# Day 9 - My kind of rest

Today's Sunday and it's (supposed to be) a rest day. The definition of *rest* is debatable.

### Built

- Shower? yes.
- Move substack fully to wckd
- ~~Move medium as well~~ Not yet!
- ~~Fix the theme, the article highlight doesn't really shows well~~ Not yet!
- Housekeeping! Literally!
- Progress some more, in my study room preferably.

### Dared

exercise in any condition, just because I'm curious if I *can.* Turns out, I can, but I don't want to. In a way, my body knows my limit.

### Avoided

Inability to move on my pace because of this scorching afternoon heat. There must be a way and I *will* found it. Turns out the solution is...plenty of shower. 

### Learned

What did I learn today? Seems that my headache and stiff back of my neck won't go. I might need to do something...or accept something.
